Introducing: Carwow Top Rated partners 2024

You might’ve noticed a new ‘Carwow Top Rated’ badge appearing across our website and social media pages.

So, what’s it all about? Carwow Top Rated is part of our commitment to bringing you the best car-changing experience possible, so you can buy and sell your car with total confidence.

We award Carwow Top Rated badges to our partners who consistently offer outstanding customer experience and reliability.

But it’s far from a ‘once and done’ deal. Every year, our partners will be ranked against a set of rigorous criteria. Out of 1000s of partners, only the select few who pass that criteria will receive the Carwow Top Rated seal of approval.

Our partners are as varied as the cars they trade. We’ll award independent and franchise dealer partners who you can both buy a car from and sell your car to. We’ll also recognise our top leasing partners and manufacturer partners who exclusively sell brand new cars direct to consumers (D2C).

We’ve even created an extra special accreditation for our partners who are leading the transition to electrical vehicles (EVs). They will have a ‘Carwow Top Rated EV Retailer’ badge.

Then, we’ll do it all again next year, to make sure the winners are maintaining those high standards, and recognise new partners that have hit them too.

Don’t worry if a Carwow partner doesn’t have a Top Rated badge, though. They’re still a verified, trustworthy partner – they’re just working on the badge bit!
