Ever since our first crowdfund, we often get asked by our fans, customers and partners how they can invest and own a piece of carwow. So we're back and would love to have you on board with carwow so you can follow our journey, accelerate our growth, and share in our success. 

Absolutely! Our customers have been invited to invest in carwow alongside our fans, partners and the rest of the general public. You can now invest via our Crowdcube pitch page.

You will need to invest via our Crowdcube pitch page here, which is now live. You will officially be an investor once the round has closed and the cooling-off period (normally 4 days) is over!

Our fundraise went live on 7th November! Exclusive access was given to those who pre-registered for early access via this page. We opened up for investment from all other parties publicly at 1pm.

 Crowdfunding is where a large number of people pool their money together to back a business they believe in, via an online platform, and get shares in the company in return.

Crowdcube is a platform which enables businesses to attract investment from professionals and venture capital firms, as well as from everyday investors. They’ve helped Monzo, Revolut, BrewDog, Citymapper, Freetrade and more with crowdfunding in the past. Learn more about Crowdcube here.

We want you to Invest Aware and understand when you may expect to realise a financial return on your shares. In the short term, we expect to reinvest retained profit to help us grow. For the longer term, there are multiple ways in which you could make a return either if we are floated on the stock market, we start buying back equity from investors or there may be future liquidity events. All options are currently open but, whatever happens, you’ll get to be part of our future. As with all investments, there is a risk that you will lose all your investment. Please invest aware.

We offer tiered VIP shareholder benefits alongside the shares they receive for their investment. The benefits are based on the amount each shareholder invests. Details of the benefits are included on our pitch page over on the Crowdcube site.

We are aiming for a multi-million-pound raise, but are crowdfunding to give as many of our community the opportunity to invest and own a piece of carwow.

Everyone! (But you do have to be over 18+ and sadly cannot be a resident of Russia, US, Canada or Japan).
