carwow has been accepted onto Tech City’s Future Fifty programme, which recognises and supports the UK’s most exciting growth-stage tech businesses, and especially those that are fundamentally changing the sectors they work in.
Just 26 companies were added to the 2017 Future Fifty programme, and each has been judged by an experienced panel of entrepreneurs, investors and government officials as being among the most promising high-growth companies in the tech industry right now.
James Hind, CEO and found of carwow, said: “It’s a great opportunity to share learnings with other companies who are solving key consumer problems in their respective sectors, as well as learning from the Future Fifty alumni companies. We look forward to playing an active role in the programme in 2017.”
This means carwow will be joining the ranks of current Future Fifty companies include food delivery startup Deliveroo, online-giving company Just Giving, international money transfer platform TransferWise and direct debit platform GoCardless.
