What is the September Sale?

1. The September Sale is an exclusive sale on vehicles purchased through Carwow.co.uk in the UK where savings of up to £7,719 off RRP are available on eligible vehicles. The discount available on any individual vehicle may be lower and is included in the price displayed for that vehicle.

2. Discounts may vary across locations, retailers, models and derivatives, and the discount applied may be less than the “up to” figure. Each participating Dealer may elect whether its discount is applied as an amount in £ or as a percentage. Every vehicle displaying the “September Sale” banner will receive a discount under the September Sale.

3. Where there is an “up to” discount shown on newly configured vehicles, the £ saving shown is based on the top 10% of savings received by new configurations made in the previous 30 days and will include the September Sale. The saving on any individual vehicle may be lower.

How long will the September Sale be available?

5. from 00:01 BST on 1 September 2026 and ending at 23:59 BST on 30 September 2026 (inclusive) ( “the Promotion Period” ) on Carwow's website in the UK (the “September Sale” ).

6. The September Sale may run alongside manufacturer promotions with different start and end dates. The Promotion Period defined here applies only to Carwow’s “September Sale”.

How do I take advantage of the September Sale?

7. To qualify for the September Sale, search for available vehicles in Carwow’s September Sale and the discount will be automatically applied.

How does September Sale show up in the vehicle price?

8. The price shown against any individual vehicle model is inclusive of any seasonal or other discounts provided by the Dealer and includes the September Sale.

Is there anything else I need to know?

9. Any manufacturer promotions are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions. Carwow is not responsible for, and does not administer, any manufacturer offers. Customers should consult the manufacturer’s website or their Dealer for full details of manufacturer promotions, eligibility, and applicable periods.

10. The September Sale is subject to vehicle availability and Dealer participation and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Carwow offer or discount. Manufacturer promotions are separate and are addressed in paragraph 1 above.

11. As stated in the Website Terms of Use , the contract for any purchase and offer is made between you and the Dealer. Carwow shall have no responsibility for orders not successfully completed due to a technical issue of any kind nor for any orders which are not completed for any other reason outside Carwow’s reasonable control.

12. Where a customer cancels an order made prior to the Promotion Period and reorders the vehicle during the Promotion Period such new order will not be eligible for the September Sale.

13. All quotes saved during the Promotion Period but not ordered within the Promotion Period will be considered expired and not eligible for the September Sale. In this event, the customer will need to run a new quote for the same vehicle.

14. By participating in the September Sale, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Website Terms of Use.

15. Carwow reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or to withdraw the September Sale where this is necessary due to events or circumstances outside Carwow’s reasonable control or to prevent fraud or abuse of the September Sale. Where reasonably practicable, Carwow will give reasonable advance notice of any variation or early withdrawal, and no variation or early withdrawal will affect any order placed, or any September Sale discount already secured, before it takes effect.

16. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: a) Carwow’s total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall be limited to the amount discounted in the September Sale; and b) Carwow shall not be liable to you for any loss of profits, sales or business, or any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits Carwow’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law, and nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

17. The September Sale is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
