Vauxhall 7 seater range: current models
If you want a seven-seater with a Vauxhall badge, let carwow walk you through the different options.
Vauxhall Zafira
The Vauxhall Zafira name seems to have been around forever. The first Zafira arrived in showrooms way back in 1999. It’s been off sale for a few years now, but you can still find lots of Zafira seven-seaters on used car forecourts. Space in the third row is a bit tight if you choose the regular Zafira. The later Zafira Tourer has more space and is the one to go for if the newer model is within budget.
Vauxhall Combo Life
They may not be the most stylish cars, but van-based MPVs like the Vauxhall Combo Life are certainly practical. You can choose between the standard and the longer wheelbase model and five- and seven-seat versions. Whichever Combo Life you pick, the cabin is nice and wide so three abreast in the middle row is perfectly comfortable. You’ll need to look for a used car unless you want the electric version.
Vauxhall Combo Life Electric
The electric Combo Life is now the only version of this MPV that you can buy as a new car. As with the internal-combustion version, there’s space for up to seven in a roomy and practical cabin. And again, you can go for the regular model or the long-wheelbase XL. It may not be much fun to drive, but that’s hardly the point – this is a practical and spacious car.
Vauxhall Vivaro Life Electric
The Vivaro Life Electric is a big brother to the Combo Life Electric. As you can tell from the name, it’s powered by an electric motor. The official range isn’t all that great at just 143 miles, but if that doesn’t put you off the Vivaro Life Electric is a roomy seven-seater. You can choose between standard and long-wheelbase versions, and with the seats folded down you have colossal luggage space.
