When it comes to hot hatchbacks, white is always a great shout colour-wise. Hyundai’s Atlas white is no exception when applied to the i20 N - it really lends this compact performance car a suitably aggressive look, contrasting vividly against the car’s red and black exterior trim pieces. Of course, being a white car it’ll show up plenty of road dirt and grime, particularly in the winter months.

Special solid - Polar white
£300
Pearl - Dragon red
£565
Dragon red isn’t the most vibrant or overtly sporty shade of red, but that’s not to say the i20 N doesn’t wear it well. By opting for this colour, you’ll lose the sections of contrasting red exterior trim you get with other colours, but still retain the smart grey exterior trim sections around the lower bumpers. It’s worth pointing out that Dragon Red may be slightly tricky to keep looking clean and shiny over winter.
Pearl - Intense blue
£565
Intense blue is the only no-cost colour option on the Hyundai i20 N, and while it’s an attractive shade in its own right, the other colours that are available with this excellent hot hatchback are arguably even better looking. The contrast effect between the dark blue bodywork and vivid red exterior trim might not be to everyones’ tastes, but it’s certainly eye-catching. Dark colours like this will show up plenty of road grime, too.
Pearl - Phantom black
£565
If you’re after a particularly mean, aggressive-looking shade of paint for your Hyundai i20 N, then Phantom black makes for a pretty excellent choice. The contrast effect between the black paint and the bright red trim pieces on the lower bumpers looks particularly sporty, and the darker alloy wheels look smart in combination with this colour too. That said, it’s a black car, so be prepared to spend a lot of time keeping it looking clean.
Special paint - Performance blue
£565
Performance blue is basically the official colour of Hyundai’s N Division, and it’s arguably the colour you should go for by default if you’re in the market for the i20 N. This light, powder shade of blue looks fantastic when applied to the i20’s angry-looking exterior, and makes for a great contrast with the bright red exterior trim pieces lower down the car. It should be a reasonably easy colour to keep looking clean, too.
Metallic - Sleek silver
