Colour guide

Solid - Engine red Free

Engine Red is the only free colour option for the Hyundai Kona. It looks okay, but most of the paid options have a richer, more premium feel.

Special solid - Atlas white £325

Atlas White splits the free and premium metallic paint options on cost. While it's not the most exciting option, it looks quite good in contrast with the dark trim at the front, and should have strong residual value when it's time to sell on.

Metallic - Jupiter Orange £650

Metallic - Shimmering Silver £650

Shimmering Silver is the lightest of the silver/grey tones available for the Kona. It works really well with the sci-fi looks of the Kona Electric.

Metallic - Ultimate red £650

While the standard red colour looks a touch plain, upgrading to the Ultimate Red shade gives the car a more premium feel. It's also the only one of the paid-for paint options that has a pop of colour.

Pearl - Abyss black £650

Abyss Black is a great colour if you want that stealth look, particularly when paired with black alloy wheels. It works particularly well at night with the full-width light bars.

Pearl - Cypress Green £650

Pearl - Ecotronic grey £650

Ecotronic Grey is another colour that should hold its value well, but it also has an upmarket look that gives the Kona Electric a sophisticated edge.

Pearl - Meta blue £650

Meta Blue is something of a signature colour for the Kona Electric. It's a really pale blue with a silvery edge to it that works nicely with the car's modern styling.

Pearl - Sailing blue £650

If Meta Blue is a bit light for you, Sailing Blue is a great alternative. As it's a really dark blue that looks like it could have come from a much more expensive model.

Pearl - Serenity white £650

If you like the solid Atlas White but want a bit more punch, Serenity White is a great option. Its pearl-effect paint means it has a deeper, more premium look. It will be tricky to keep clean, though!
