5 new features to manage customer enquiries more effectively

Every quarter at Carwow, we run what we call a ‘Partner Love Sprint’. Trust us, it's even more exciting than it sounds. We pick a challenge, like “how can we help our partners get things done a little faster?”... invite fellow Carwow’ers and partners to submit their ideas, then our developers swarm on them like a hive of ultra-determined bees for 5 days to deliver as many of the ideas as possible. 

In the most recent love sprint, a record 167 ideas were submitted, 36 of them were implemented and a combined 1,400 hours spent in collectively doing so.

Here’s 5 of the new additions we thought our franchise partners selling new cars would particularly appreciate to help you manage customer enquiries even more effectively.

So without further adieu, you can now…

1. Set an ‘Enquiry status’ for any enquiry in your Carwow dashboard, so you can manage customer enquiries even more effectively and speed up your workflow. Each status is colour coded making it easy to see at a glance what stage the enquiry is up to from ‘Offer sent’ to ‘Sold’ and others in between.

2. Set both personal and shared message templates to share with your colleagues, saving you time, adding consistency and removing repetition and duplication. These shared templates are now visible to all users in your dealership for replying to customers.

3. Share clickable links within your messages to customers, meaning they no longer need to copy and paste links into their browser, providing a smoother customer experience with less friction. 

4. Delete stock vehicles directly from your dashboard, putting the control of your stock firmly in your hands, meaning you no longer need to contact us to request the removal of a stock car. 

5. Navigate your dashboard through a shiny new sidebar, so you can complete your jobs to be done faster and more easily.
