Introducing Carwow Collects 

Carwow Collects, the name for this new service combines the appraisal, collection and delivery of your auction wins with a built-in Assured Scheme that guards you against financial loss. It protects you against certain undisclosed mechanical and electrical faults identified post-purchase, as well as providing reimbursement if the vehicle is later found to be stolen, cloned, clocked, chipped or imported. If that happens, the retailer can make a repair or reimbursement cost up to the value of £25,000 on eligible vehicles.  

Transport and appraisal agents

Following the acceptance of a retailer's offer for a car at auction, a trained transport agent will visit the seller and, acting on behalf of the retailer, carry out thorough visual checks, share photos with the retailer in real-time and perform a test drive. The agent will call the retailer (while on site) to discuss any issues and renegotiate the price with the seller, if necessary, before the keys are handed over.
