Solid - Brilliant black
Free
Brilliant black is the only free colour available on all A7 trims. It’s not the most exciting option, but it masks dust and dirt well, so won’t require constant cleaning. It will show up swirl marks more easily than lighter colours when you do wash it, though.
Solid - Ibis white
Free
Available as a no-cost option on the two lower trims, Ibis white is a popular choice for the A7. It will hide parking lot scratches and scrapes well, although dirt shows up easier than on darker colours. Its solid finish lacks the sparkle of the metallics though.
Metallic - Ascari blue
£685
Metallic - Chronos grey
£685
Chronos grey is a lighter shade of grey that works well on the A7, giving it an understated look that suits its character. Grey cars are very popular on the second-hand market and they are easier to keep clean than lighter colours.
Metallic - Firmament blue
£685
Firmament blue looks stunning on the A7, giving it a decidedly upmarket look. It is available on all trims, but contrasts best with the silver exterior window detailing on certain trims. It doesn’t need constant washing either, but looks best after a fresh wash, where its metallic sparkle can really shine through.
Metallic - Floret silver
£685
Floret silver looks inoffensive but a bit bland on the A7. But it’s easier to keep clean than a white hue and shouldn’t put off any potential buyers when it comes to resale time. Seeing as it costs the same as the other metallics, we would still look at some of the more interesting colour options first.
Metallic - Glacier white
£685
Glacier white has a more premium metallic finish compared to the no-cost solid Ibis white option and is also popular with used car buyers. It’s going to show up road dirt and mud rather quickly though, so you’ll need to visit the car wash a bit more frequently than you would with a darker colour.
Metallic - Grenadine red
£685
Metallic - Madeira brown
£685
Metallic - Manhattan grey
£685
Manhattan grey is a darker hue that is available on the two lower A7 trims. It gives the car an elegant look that suits it well. Dirt is less noticeable on this colour and it has a subtle metallic sheen that looks great in direct light.
Metallic - Mythos black
£685
Metallic Mythos black is the metallic alternative to the no-cost solid Brilliant black colour. The metallic shine is subtle but well worth the added expense. It won’t require constant cleaning either as the dark hue hides dirt well.
Metallic - Navarra blue
£685
Metallic - Seville red
£685
Metallic - Soho brown
£685
Metallic - Tango red
£685
Tango red is an eye-catching colour that is available on the two top A7 trims. It may be a bit too sporty looking for some, but if you want to get noticed then this is a good choice. Just keep in mind that red is not always an easy sell on the used car market.
Metallic - Typhoon grey
£685
Metallic - Vesuvius grey
£685
Pearl - Daytona grey
£685
Daytona grey is the only colour that is offered with a pearl effect finish. It costs no more than the metallic options and grey is a sure-fire hit with used car buyers as well. You won’t be able to spec it on the lower trims, though.
