15 – Audi A4 – 16.9 per cent saving

The Audi A4 replacement has been announced and will hit showrooms by the end of 2015. Before that car arrives, however, you can get a big saving on the outgoing model. A 16.9 per cent maximum saving translates to nearly £7,000 off an average A4.

14 – Mercedes E-Class – 19.8 per cent saving

Spy photographers have caught the upcoming Mercedes E-Class testing in camouflage around Germany meaning the well-regarded outgoing model now commands bigger discounts. A near-20 per cent saving means you save up to £8,380.

13 – BMW 5 Series – 22.6 per cent saving

We’re expecting the new BMW 5 Series to surface some time before September’s Frankfurt Motor Show and be delivered next year. With carwow, you can save more than one-fifth of the price of the outgoing model – up to an impressive £11,095.

12 – Honda Jazz – 23.3 per cent saving

We’ve already seen the latest Honda Jazz mini-MPV and the new model carries on from where the last one left off – a practical interior and smooth ride are guaranteed. The 23.3 per cent discount means you can save up to £4,302 across the outgoing range.

11 – Volkswagen Sharan – 23.6 per cent saving

The massive Volkswagen Sharan MPV has been heavily facelifted for 2015 meaning big discounts on pre-facelift cars. A maximum 23.6 per cent saving means you could get £8,240 off the purchase price.

10 – Ford Ka – 24.2 per cent saving

Ford has released the new Ka in certain markets and it’ll arrive in the UK later in 2015. The outgoing city car gets a chunky 24.2 per cent discount making for a possible £2,175 reduction in cost.

9 – Volvo S80 – 24.6 per cent saving

Details of the upcoming Volvo S90 are emerging, including how it’ll move the outgoing S80’s position further upmarket. Despite its successors upwardly mobile attitude, the S80 is well regarded for its comfort and, with savings of up to £8,318, represents great value for money.

8 – Volkswagen Touran – 29.2 per cent saving

Unlike the facelifted Sharan, the imminent Volkswagen Touran has been redesigned from the ground up. Before that car arrives in September, the old model can be had with a 29.2 per cent discount making for a £8,297 saving.

7 – Peugeot 508 – 30.4 per cent saving

The Peugeot 508 is due to be replaced sometime in 2017 so, while the current model winds down, you can get a 30.4 per cent on it. This means buyers save up to £9,758 through carwow.

6 – Renault Megane – 34.5 per cent saving

We’re expecting the latest Renault Megane to arrive about halfway though 2016 but, before it does, the current version is offered with a massive 34.5 per cent discount for a saving of up to £7,953.

5 – Citroen C3 Picasso – 36.7 per cent saving

On the back of the success of the Citroen C4 Cactus we expect the company to refresh its C3 range, including the Picasso MPV, in 2017. Before then, current models are offered with a discount of up to 36.6 per cent – that’s £6,496.

4 – Vauxhall Astra – 37 per cent saving

We’ve already seen the first images of the new Vauxhall Astra so, unsurprisingly, the outgoing version gets a sizeable 37 per cent maximum discount. Translating to a £6,625 saving, the old model offers a lot of car for not a lot of money.

3 – Fiat Punto – 41.3 per cent saving

Fiat is remaining tight-lipped about the future of the Punto supermini but reports suggest the model won’t be reissued and, instead, will be replaced by a larger 500, possibly with five-doors. A gigantic discount of over 40 per cent equates to a £4,879 saving – a huge reduction on what’s already a pretty cheap car.

2 – Nissan Leaf – 50 per cent saving

The Nissan Leaf is a legend in electric car circles and, although unconfirmed, we predict the next model will arrive in 2017. A massive 50 per cent discount means buyers could save around £11,200 when speccing one up through carwow.
