What to look for when buying a used 7-seater automatic car?

As ever with any car that has extra seats, check to see if it’s previously been used as a taxi. If not, then assume it’s been used by a family and so check the interior carefully for marks, stains, or iffy smells coming from under the back seat (spilled milk is so hard to get out of a car…). Check to make sure that the rear seat folding mechanisms all work properly and easily, and ensure that the car still has things like its retracting luggage cover and any original luggage nets etc. After that, do the usual checks on history and background, service record, condition, mileage, and take a careful test drive.
